About the Role

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive customer growth, product adoption, and commercial success across Attain Healthtech's products and services. This role involves partnering with various teams to launch products, develop value propositions, and ensure customers understand the product's value.

Responsibilities

  • Own product positioning and messaging, translating product features into compelling customer benefits and consistent value propositions.
  • Support go-to-market strategy and launches, coordinating plans, communications, enablement and cross-functional readiness across Product, Marketing, Sales and Operations.
  • Turn customer and market insights into action, using feedback, research, behavioural data and segmentation to identify customer needs, pain points and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor market and competitive trends, providing insights that inform product strategy, positioning and go-to-market decisions.
  • Drive product adoption and customer value, partnering with Engagement & Retention teams to improve engagement, remove adoption barriers and support customer experience and retention.
  • Enable Sales teams to succeed, developing product resources, competitive insights, customer collateral and training to strengthen product knowledge and customer conversations.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years' experience in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Growth Marketing or related disciplines.
  • Experience supporting product launches, go-to-market initiatives or customer adoption programs.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Experience gathering and interpreting customer and market insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
