About the Role
As a Senior Rehabilitation Counsellor, you will use your clinical expertise to guide clients through their recovery journey after physical or psychological injury, employing a whole-of-person approach to help them achieve their return-to-life goals.
Responsibilities
- Managing complex psychological cases and providing health coaching and support
- Performing one-off vocational assessments both face-to-face and virtually across the country
- Supporting clients to achieve personal return-to-life goals
- Providing non-comp and claim related psychological and psychosocial support to large corporate and government customers
- Utilizing award-winning psychosocial risk tools to achieve great outcomes
Requirements
- Hold a degree in Rehabilitation Counselling
- Have full membership with ASORC
- 1+ years of experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation
- Pass a national criminal check and working with children check prior to commencing employment
- Have full Australian working rights
- Hold a provisional/full driver's license and your own vehicle
