About the Role
Join Pepper Money as a Senior Manager Data and Analytics to shape strategic decision-making across Mortgage and White Label businesses. This leadership position involves transforming complex data into actionable insights to drive commercial growth, improve operational performance, and enhance customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and ongoing enhancement of business reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics.
- Deliver executive-level insights that support business planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
- Analyze performance across brokers, aggregators, products, channels, and customer segments to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to establish sales targets, performance frameworks, and key business metrics.
- Lead and develop a Manila-based Data and Analytics team, providing coaching, direction, and capability uplift.
- Act as a key SME on strategic projects and business initiatives, including ownership of the Dynamics CRM roadmap and analytics capability improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting capability, data quality, and business processes.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or commercial performance management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience working with large datasets, reporting platforms, and business intelligence tools.
- Proven stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and engage leaders at all levels.
- Experience leading teams, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell a compelling story through data.
- Banking, lending, or financial services experience, ideally with an understanding of the mortgage origination lifecycle.
- Advanced Excel skills and exposure to tools such as Tableau, Dynamics, or similar analytics platforms.
