About the Role
This opportunity presents an excellent opportunity to develop your experience in delivering multi-disciplinary projects across the defence and data-centre space.
Responsibilities
- Utilize extensive design experience to facilitate high-quality and cost-effective work on a variety of projects varying in size, scope and sector.
- Lead mechanical designs and delivery for major client projects, including participating in the technical review of projects whilst working collaboratively with the broader team.
- Assist in the mentoring and guidance of junior engineers within the local and national team, including performing quality control review of design calculations and drawings.
- Work effectively within multi-disciplinary engineering teams on major projects, including contributing to interdisciplinary review of project deliverables.
Requirements
- Experience working for a Building Services consultancy or significant design experience as a Senior Engineer in the Mechanical Services field.
- Proven knowledge and experience working within a technical design-focussed HVAC/Mechanical Engineering role.
- Demonstrable design experience across defence and data-centre projects.
- A track record in client management skills, project delivery and the ability to manage project priorities whilst communicating with internal and external stakeholders on key project deadlines and deliverables.
- Australian Citizenship is required.
- Previous or current defence clearance highly regarded.
