This role involves teaching swimmers using a proven approach, building water confidence and swimming skills, leading safe and energetic lessons, and fostering a fun, positive learning environment. You will communicate professionally with families, encourage swimmers, and support your team to ensure smooth operations.

- Support Classes and Teaching swimmers using our proven Small Steps approach
- Building water confidence and real swimming skills
- Leading safe, structured, high-energy lessons
- Encouraging swimmers and celebrating progress
- Communicating with families professionally and warmly
- Creating a fun, positive learning environment
- Supporting your team and helping the day run smoothly
Requirements
- Able to work 1 or more shifts per week
- Minimum availability of 2 days per week required
