About the Role
The On-Call House Attendant is an essential member of the team, responsible for delivering guest requests to exacting standards and embodying the hospitality, charm, and professionalism of Four Seasons.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas
- Restock and organize supplies such as linens and toiletries
- Respond to guest requests for additional amenities or services
- Report any maintenance or housekeeping issues to appropriate staff
- Follow established cleaning and safety procedures
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with guests and colleagues
- Adhere to established schedules and work in a timely manner
- Assist with laundry and other housekeeping tasks as needed
- Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
- Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
