- Translate organizational goals into scalable enablement programs, learning journeys, and performance support initiatives.
- Lead enablement initiatives that support business transformation, organizational change, and go-to-market priorities.
- Design, develop, and deliver impactful onboarding, skills development, product, process, and technology training programs.
- Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning experiences for sellers, managers, and customer-facing teams.
- Provide coaching and reinforcement strategies that improve seller performance, manager effectiveness, and adoption of key behaviors.
- Support manager coaching programs that create accountability and sustain behavioral change.
- Lead initiatives that drive adoption, utilization, and business impact across the sales technology ecosystem.
- Develop learning programs, best practices, certifications, and reinforcement strategies for Gong, Outreach, Salesforce, and Seismic.
- Partner with Sales Operations and Revenue Operations teams to identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and seller productivity.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging enablement technologies, AI capabilities, and learning platforms that support business objectives.
- Lead complex, high-impact projects that span multiple departments, stakeholders, and business priorities.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Customer Success to support product launches, messaging readiness, competitive enablement, and strategic initiatives.
- Establish project plans, success metrics, governance processes, and communication strategies to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
- Influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams with competing priorities.
- Define, monitor, and report on enablement success metrics, including adoption, engagement, productivity, and business impact.
- Conduct training needs analyses and identify opportunities to improve sales performance.
- Use data, analytics, and stakeholder feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor market trends, sales methodologies, and enablement best practices to ensure programs remain innovative and effective.
