About the Role

The Direct Sales Agent Specialist drives profitable growth by generating new business, cross-selling existing customers, and building lasting relationships. Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention

  • Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales

  • Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations

Requirements

  • P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain required licensure within 90 days of joining the company.
