About the Role

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to stakeholders across multiple business services areas. The position requires a resourceful, reliable, and business-minded assistant who demonstrates a team approach, can take direction, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare communications, announcements, reference materials, and other documentation.
  • Prioritize workflow to ensure accurate completion within established timelines.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining reports and databases.
  • Support departmental projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other internal departments/services to meet client needs.
  • Organize files, both electronic and hard copy.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal) is required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment.

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Salary/Compensations

  • $50,169 – $62,711
