About the Role

Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and assist in the effective management of daily operations. This role involves coordinating activities with staff, the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee, healthcare providers, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the President and Chief Executive Officer, managing confidential information.
  • Support senior leadership in planning, coordinating, and executing staff, management, executive, and external meetings.
  • Monitor and manage correspondence to and from the Chief Executive Officer, assessing priorities and responding on behalf of the CEO.
  • Respond to correspondence and telephone communications on behalf of the administration/CEO.
  • Coordinate and support the annual Board of Directors election process.
  • Maintain and safeguard original corporate contracts and official organizational documentation.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, and prepare/maintain accurate minutes.
  • Track internal initiatives and participate in organizational quality management activities.
  • Maintain correspondence and follow-up communications with providers, business partners, and external organizations.
  • Manage the Chief Executive Officer’s calendar, coordinate travel arrangements, and provide logistical support.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to use discretionary judgment and manage confidential information.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while exercising sound judgment and discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, professionally, and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate successfully and interact professionally with employees, senior leadership, and the Board of Directors.
  • Highly developed organizational, project management, and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare systems and administration.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and stakeholder support.

Salary/Compensations

  • $104,000.00 to $115,000.00
