About the Role
Penn Power Group, LLC is seeking a Service Advisor to join their team. With over 50 years of experience, the company is a leader in customer service and innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries regarding services, pricing, repair completion dates, and billing adjustments.
- Promote and sell company services.
- Assess customer needs and promote alternative products and services.
- Coordinate activities with other internal departments to meet customer needs.
- Perform routine service tasks under immediate supervision.
- Open, review, communicate status to customers, and close repair orders.
- Process and/or expedite customer orders.
- Utilize computerized systems for information gathering, troubleshooting, call tracking, and sales confirmation.
Requirements
- High energy, self-starter, serious-minded, capable of initiating and building productive relationships.
- Prior Truck/Automotive Service/Dealership experience.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to visit customer sites as required.
- Ability to move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery.
- Ability to walk/stand throughout the day.
