About the Role

This role offers an opportunity to drive projects beyond the design phase and build a career at the intersection of design, delivery, and business. You will gain exposure to the decisions behind successful project execution, management, and resourcing.

Responsibilities

  • Support project delivery by ensuring corporate interior teams adhere to scope, program, budget, and quality standards.
  • Manage commercial aspects including fees, budgets, forecasting, invoicing, variations, change orders, and commercial reporting.
  • Coordinate resources, schedules, deliverables, and project information across multiple teams to maintain project momentum.
  • Build strong client relationships and communicate effectively on project, program, and commercial matters.
  • Identify potential risks early and assist teams in resolving them proactively.
  • Contribute to proposals, project pursuits, interviews, and the development of project scopes and fee proposals.
  • Develop understanding of BIM, digital project management tools, and the impact of technology on project delivery.
  • Contribute to team development and influence colleagues.

Requirements

  • A degree in architecture or project management.
  • Genuine interest and previous experience within the architecture or interior design industry.
  • Understanding of the design process, RIBA stages, and the realities of delivering complex projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence to communicate with designers, consultants, clients, and wider project teams.
  • Interest in the commercial aspects of projects, including budgets, fees, and contracts.
  • Proactive approach to identifying issues and getting involved.
  • Appetite to learn about project management systems, BIM, digital delivery, and industry best practices.

Skills

  • Familiarity with BIM platforms, ideally Revit and/or BIM coordination.
  • Experience with project management systems such as PMTK is beneficial.
  • Understanding of project financial management and contract administration.
  • Proficiency in project coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborative and professional work ethic.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment.

  • Degree in Architecture or Project Management
