About the Role
LILT is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition & Recruiting to lead full-cycle recruiting. This is a builder-coach role focused on leveraging AI agents for sourcing and screening, ensuring human time is spent on highly qualified candidates. The role reports to the VP of People and collaborates with hiring managers across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for LILT's highest-priority roles, including sourcing, screening, interview loop design, and closing.
- Build and manage a team of AI agents and a small team of recruiters/sourcers.
- Coach recruiters on direct sourcing, candidate assessment, and closing techniques.
- Deploy and manage AI agents as the first-line for sourcing and screening candidates.
- Tune the AI screening process based on outcome data to reduce false positives and negatives.
- Redesign the human interview loop to focus on fewer, higher-signal conversations with AI-validated candidates.
- Build on existing recruiting tools, including Ashby ATS and Noon AI.
- Own and manage recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, quality-of-hire, and satisfaction.
- Instrument the recruiting funnel, identify bottlenecks, and implement rapid solutions.
- Partner with hiring managers and the VP of People to develop sourcing strategies and SLAs.
- Coach hiring managers on interviewing and candidate evaluation.
- Build LILT's employer brand to showcase how AI amplifies recruiters.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth or AI-centric company.
- Direct experience with AI-powered sourcing or screening tools, or ability to design and operate agentic recruiting workflows.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or informally leading other recruiters.
- Proven track record of personally closing hard-to-fill roles.
- Experience with integrating small teams or acquihires is highly preferred.
