About the Role
Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team. This role focuses on creating a welcoming environment for guests, understanding their needs, and enhancing their experience within our venues. You will assist in sales and execution of VIP spaces, leveraging extensive knowledge of venue and event details to ensure guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Create a warm and inviting environment for all guests.
- Understand guest needs and recommend various spaces to enhance their experience.
- Assist in the nightly sales and execution of VIP spaces.
- Ensure guests' experience is maximized through extensive knowledge of venue and event details.
- Lead and direct guests to various areas in a personable and inclusive manner.
- Assist with executing event day operations within premium spaces, including guestlist and registration, VIP experiences, handling vendors, talent, and meet n’ greets.
- Assess situations from afar and intercept to help guests if needed.
- Utilize table management systems accurately.
- Communicate necessary guest information to internal stakeholders.
- Assist with opening or closing tasks as needed.
- Perform other job-related duties as required.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- VIP hospitality or concierge experience is a strong asset.
- Previous sales background in a retail or hospitality environment is strongly preferred.
- Experience using a reservation system; familiarity with SevenRooms is a strong asset.
- Ability to make every guest experience memorable and special.
- Humble, kind-spirited, and reliable with a passionate and confident attitude.
- Ability to be respectful and professional while also being fun and jovial.
- Ability to juggle and execute competing priorities while remaining calm and clear.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Ability to take direction and work calmly and effectively under pressure.
- Strong work ethic with a high sense of responsibility in an ever-changing environment.
- Ability to work independently and within a team to juggle multiple prioritized tasks.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must possess work authorization that does not require sponsorship.
