About the Role

This position focuses on embedded electronic systems, with an emphasis on electronic hardware design, system integration, and component development for dispenser products. The role involves designing electronic hardware for electric vehicle chargers and conventional fuel dispensers, including design, verification, implementation, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implementation, and testing of electronic components and subsystems for the North America market.
• Take ownership of Electronic-PCBA development.
• Participate in testing and release procedures.
• Provide full Technical Documentation Package for all developments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software, mechanical, systems, manufacturing) to align requirements and ensure successful product integration.
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex issues involving hardware, firmware, and system interactions.
• Support design verification (DV), validation, and qualification activities at component, board, and system levels.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety, regulatory, and industry standards (e.g., PCI, EMC, UL).
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing, including issue resolution and design improvements.
• Contribute to the definition and improvement of engineering processes, tools, and design guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering discipline (preferably electrical engineering).
• Experience with Micro-controller environments and embedded systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working on cross-functional design teams.
• Experience in PDM systems.
• Experience in electronical CAD (Altium, Orcad).
• Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD.
