About the Role
The LifeSpa-Barber provides hair services and treatments to enhance the guest's well-being and club experience. Services include cutting, styling, and grooming facial hair, aiming to exceed guest expectations. This role does not perform chemical treatments.
Responsibilities
- Provides individualized services that meet the clients’ needs and expectations
- Educates clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments
- Serves as an expert in hair analysis and maintenance regimens, staying current in style and technique
- Promotes all LifeSpa and Salon products, services and treatments
- Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry
- Maintains work stations to salon standards
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a barber
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds
- Barber license in state where work is performed
- Experience as a barber in a professional setting
- Knowledge in Salon Biz software
