About the Role

Responsibilities

• Prepare domestic and international courier airbills for transport through the various courier systems.
• Prepare Customs documentation for international shipments.
• Enter shipment information to ICON ERP system.
• Ensure all packaging presented for transport complies with DOT and IATA standards.
• Package shipments as necessary.
• Maintain daily shipping records.
• Receive deliveries as necessary.
• Report inventory levels for supplies utilized by the Logistics team.
• Deliver with high quality standards and strive for excellence, acting in a proactive, flexible, and responsive manner to customer needs.
• Undertake other reasonably related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Shipping Coordinator.
• Experience using Excel.
• Experience in International Shipments is preferred.
• Must have the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
