About the Role

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the driving force in helping residents find the best place to call home. Your creative and thoughtful tours will be customized to individual tastes, from recommending the perfect floorplan to outlining the best new neighborhood restaurants. You know what makes people tick, and follow through on every lead to ensure that our prospective residents know you care. Saturday availability is required.

Responsibilities

Take on the daily operations of the leasing team at one of our apartment communities.
Ensure our residents experience nothing short of luxury living.
Help residents find the best place to call home.
Provide customized tours based on individual tastes.
Recommend perfect floorplans.
Outline the best new neighborhood restaurants.
Follow through on every lead to ensure prospective residents know you care.
Create a sense of community.
Go the extra mile to create a spectacular experience for new residents.
Build relationships with residents.
Drive leasing performance through personalized connections and recommendations.
Create excitement through creative campaigns, continuous outreach, and social media.
Continuously reach out with tailored updates to prospective residents.
Help paint a picture of what it's like to call your community home.
Assist residents and colleagues in Creating a Better Way to Live.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
