About the Role
Our client, an innovative autonomous vehicle company, is hiring Manufacturing Technicians to help transform production vehicles into advanced autonomous vehicle platforms. You will work hands-on with vehicles—installing hardware, routing wiring harnesses, mounting components, connecting electrical systems, and ensuring correct installation.
Responsibilities
- Remove and reinstall vehicle trim and interior components
- Install sensors, brackets, mounts, and other vehicle hardware
- Route and secure wiring harnesses
- Connect low-voltage electrical components
- Use hand and power tools for vehicle installations
- Perform installation and quality checks
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues
- Follow detailed work instructions and installation procedures
- Document completed work accurately
Requirements
- Enjoy taking things apart and putting them back together correctly
- Comfortable with tools
- Understand basic automotive mechanical or electrical systems
- Can follow detailed instructions
- Take pride in clean, high-quality work
