About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Director, Product Strategy and Analysis to support strategic priorities for the Consumer and Developer Experience (CDX) leadership team. This role operates at the intersection of strategic advisory and product creation, tackling complex strategic questions, driving annual planning, and developing prototypes. The ideal candidate thrives in a dual role of big-picture thinking and hands-on building.
Responsibilities
- Partner with CDX leaders to define business strategies.
- Address strategic questions using a consulting-style model.
- Lead priority strategic initiatives, such as AI transformation.
- Support the organization’s intelligence unit with analytics and assessments.
- Set the vision for long-term product innovation and partner with engineering on prototypes.
- Lead a team of strategy and product people leaders and individual contributors, focusing on development and talent pipeline.
- Establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate a dynamic, customer-centric, and mission-oriented Product culture.
- Model AI adoption by inventing and spreading solutions that improve work efficiency, quality, and fun.
