About the Role
A Chloe Stylist acts as an ambassador for the Maison, welcoming guests and serving as a trusted advisor and reliable team player dedicated to providing an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
- Acts as a Client Relationship Owner, delivering exceptional customer service and developing long-term client relationships.
- Achieves CRM targets through personalized outreach campaigns and effective use of clienteling tools.
- Captures client data and qualitative information consistently.
- Manages a portfolio of customers, including VVICs and VICs.
- Serves as an Omnichannel Business Partner, offering excellent customer service and driving strong business performance.
- Utilizes omnichannel services to grow sales.
- Achieves store and individual sales and KPI targets.
- Completes trainings and participates in commercial activities.
- Monitors local trading environment and competitor activities.
- Supports Operations Excellence by ensuring a pristine store environment, back-of-house, and personal grooming.
- Reports any necessary structural repairs to management.
- Adheres to store and back-of-house management guidelines and participates in inventories.
- Supports after-sales clients and ensures impeccable service.
- Complies with established Richemont policies and standards.
- Performs other tasks and duties as requested by manager.
Requirements
- Must be aware of CRM targets and actively engage in all actions to reach them.
- Must consistently capture client data and take notes of all qualitative information.
- Must know their portfolio of customers, and in particular, the VVICs and VICs they handle.
- Must be aware of store and individual sales and KPIS targets and actively engage in all actions to reach them.
- Must actively complete trainings and participate in all commercial activities set by the SM/ASM /HO.
- Must consistently work to achieve given sales, KPIs and CRM targets.
- Must be aware of local trading environment and competitors’ activities.
- Must proactively inform SM/ASM of any structural repair needed in store to always ensure a luxurious environment.
- Must implement all guidelines related to store and BOH management and participate in inventories.
- Must support after sales clients and follow up to ensure impeccable after sales service.
- Must comply with established Richemont policies and standards.
