About the Role

Team members are responsible for ensuring guests receive exceptional service, potentially working in the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher. They must represent Regal according to the company's mission and policies, including regular attendance, handling emergencies, general cleaning, and adhering to the dress code.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system, including handling cash drawer, credit cards, gift cards, and redeemed discounts/passes/coupons.
• Upsell and suggestively sell premium viewing experiences.
• Promote the Regal Crown Club program.
• Ensure tickets are sold in accordance with the MPAA rating system and company policy.
• Respond to guest inquiries via phone and in person.
• Prepare and clean concession equipment.
• Comply with all local, state, and federal food safety laws.
• Abide by all federal and state laws regarding breaks and meal periods.
• Maintain current alcohol certification and training where applicable.
• Sell/serve alcohol if legally permitted and trained.
• Read and understand training materials covering topics such as sexual harassment and discrimination.
• Tear tickets, collect stubs, and direct patrons to auditoriums.
• Inspect backpacks and packages when applicable.
• Manage crowd control and assist guests in finding seats.
• Enforce the MPAA rating system.
• Conduct in-auditorium inspections for quality and safety.
• Report problems, discrepancies, or unusual situations to management.
• Perform in-auditorium concession auxiliary sales as directed.
• Clean auditoriums, restrooms, lobby, and other areas.
• Monitor cleanliness and operation of theatre vending equipment.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.

Requirements

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• Complete any legally required state or local training and obtain the required certificate for alcohol sales/service.
• Complete the Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.
• Possess good public speaking skills.
• Listen effectively and respond clearly and directly.
• Perform calculations with speed and accuracy.

• Identify problems, gather relevant data, and note possible causes.
• Evaluate relevant information, recognize alternatives, and reach conclusions based on evidence.
