About the Role
Dragonfly Cares is seeking compassionate, reliable Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBT) to provide after-school 1:1 ABA services. You'll help children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills in a positive, engaging environment. This role is ideal for patient, energetic individuals looking to make a real impact, including students, recent graduates, and those new to behavioral health. We offer full onboarding and training, with ongoing support and supervision from experienced BCBAs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy with children, following individualized plans from a supervising BCBA
- Collect and record behavioral data to track progress and guide treatment decisions
- Build strong, positive relationships with the children and their families
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation that meets clinical and insurance standards
- Participate in supervision and ongoing trainings to grow your clinical skills
Requirements
- Registered Behavior Technician (REQUIRED)
- Comfortable working in both a center and an in-home setting
- Reliable transportation to the center and to clients' homes
- Must become an RBT within 30 days of placement on an insurance case if not already certified
