About the Role
Lead strategic business transformation initiatives to enhance practice management and operational excellence. Drive cross-functional projects using data analysis and insights into AI's impact on legal services. Act as an internal consultant to the practice management team.
Responsibilities
- Partner with practice management leadership and internal stakeholders to solve business challenges, refine organizational processes, and advance strategic and operational priorities.
- Lead transformation initiatives from strategy through execution, including those adapting to AI and other emerging technologies.
- Analyze how AI and emerging technologies influence legal service delivery and translate insights into opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership to define, develop, and drive the transformation roadmap with clear objectives and outcomes.
- Support leadership in optimizing organizational structures, resource allocation, and modernizing operations.
- Design and implement frameworks to track performance and measure initiative impact.
- Support practice leaders in annual strategic planning and operations-related special projects.
- Conduct analysis to identify growth opportunities and anticipate risks, providing actionable insights.
- Partner with practice managers to implement strategic initiatives and support change management.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to leadership, ensuring alignment and informing decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with practice leaders, attorneys, and stakeholders to promote collaboration.
- Serve as a central point of coordination for key initiatives, facilitating adoption of new processes and cultural changes.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor industry trends, including AI and emerging technologies, to inform transformation roadmaps and align with market demands.
