About the Role
Join our Retirement consulting team to provide expertise in optimizing employee retirement plans for global organizations. You will gain exposure to client assignments, develop technical and problem-solving skills, and work in a supportive team environment. Accepted applicants will be eligible for a comprehensive actuarial exam study program.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical actuarial and consulting support on projects.
- Design, fund, price, implement, and manage retirement programs.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking analysis of benefit plan designs.
- Develop professional expertise, technical knowledge, and skills in retirement plans.
- Collaborate with a wide range of associates at all levels within the local practice.
- Perform asset/liability modeling.
- Conduct actuarial pension valuations for various clients, including data manipulation, analysis, liability determination, asset reconciliation, and funding requirement calculation.
- Assist with the completion of plan reporting and filing requirements.
- Perform plan administrative tasks such as benefit calculations, plan document review, and benefit statement production.
