About the Role

Excel Sports Management is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Coordinator, Revenue Strategy & Operations to support the day-to-day execution of the Revenue Operations team. This role will support a centralized revenue engine for the Properties division, executing core sales operations deliverables including prospecting, revenue strategy, category research, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and execution-oriented, with strong attention to detail and an interest in sports, entertainment, and brand partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day Revenue Strategy & Operations deliverables in support of the Manager, Revenue Strategy & Operations and broader Sales Operations team.
  • Support centralized Properties prospecting efforts by researching, identifying, and organizing potential brand targets and relevant decision-makers.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of sales materials, presentations, prospect lists, category overviews, and other revenue-driving resources.
  • Manage inbound and internal requests, helping track priorities, timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct category research and white-space analysis to support prospecting, outreach, and strategic positioning efforts.
  • Maintain and create organized systems, trackers, and processes that improve visibility, efficiency, and team responsiveness.
  • Partner with Strategy & Solutions, Analytics, and Design teams to help develop accurate, polished, and compelling business development, valuation, and sales materials.
  • Contribute to a culture of disciplined execution, organization, and measurable growth.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Consulting, Finance, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Partnerships, Commercial Insights, or a related role.
  • Prior experience with syndicated research tools/platforms.
  • Ability to use research and data to craft brand hooks and sales rationales.
  • Experience or demonstrated interest in sports, entertainment, media, or brand partnerships preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, requests, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce polished, accurate, and client-ready work.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams, external clients, and internal stakeholders with poise and diplomacy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Claude, ChatGPT; familiarity with CRM, analytics, or sponsorship tools a plus.
