About the Role
Supervises and accounts for nightly activities of clients within a residential treatment program.
Responsibilities
- Provides night supervision for clients and is responsible for their night time activities.
- Serves as a positive role model.
- Maintains a daily log of activities.
- Participates as a team member in at least one staff meeting per month.
- Fills in for other night awake aides who are on leave.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED and/or a satisfactory equivalent combination of education and/or training and experience.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner.
- Takes charge of clients in a sensitive manner, as not to interfere or prohibit the meaningful progress of the clients.
- Experience in residential treatment settings preferred.
