- Draft and negotiate effective data protection and AI clauses in agreements with vendors, customers, and partners, including digital advertising, data processing, and data sharing agreements.
- Monitor and interpret legal and regulatory developments in privacy and data protection across Canada, North America, and Europe, translating changes into actionable advice and updates to Bell's privacy policy and overall privacy program.
- Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and advise on the "privacy by design" of Bell's technology solutions, including mitigation strategies and compliance measures, and develop a PIA risk library to foster consistent and effective identification of privacy risks across Bell's business units.

- At least six years of relevant privacy and data protection experience, gained in private practice or a relevant in-house role, with a particular focus on Canadian privacy legislation (including PIPEDA and Law 25) and digital advertising regulatory frameworks.
- Proven experience with Privacy Impact Assessments, consent management, and data governance frameworks, as well as AI risk management.
- Strategic thinking and attention to detail, with strong risk assessment, negotiation, and contract drafting capabilities.
