About the Role
As a Plant Manager at SRM Concrete, you will lead by example, empowering your team, optimizing daily operations, and ensuring every load meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and service. This role is for passionate leaders in logistics and operations who want to make a positive impact.
Responsibilities
- Inspire, coach, and develop your plant team to achieve operational excellence and deliver outstanding service.
- Manage staff scheduling, load planning, and route optimization to ensure efficient and timely concrete deliveries.
- Collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and sales teams to exceed customer expectations and resolve issues.
- Implement and monitor key metrics to assess plant efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular meetings to review performance, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
- Develop strong connections with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members.
- Participate in strategic planning and budgeting to enhance plant efficiency and profitability.
Requirements
