About the Role

The Portfolio Manager serves as a strategic partner and executive leader across the OneEdge platform, connecting business priorities, product management, technology delivery, and adoption efforts. This role facilitates decision-making, resolves competing priorities, and drives successful portfolio outcomes in a global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the success of one or more portfolio areas by connecting business priorities, product management, technology delivery, and adoption efforts.
  • Align priorities, identify and address business and technical challenges, and ensure capabilities are positioned for adoption across EY-Parthenon.
  • Partner across Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, Regional Leadership, and business stakeholders to align priorities, roadmaps, technology considerations, and business outcomes.
  • Resolve competing business requirements, regional needs, technical constraints, and adoption priorities while maintaining alignment to OneEdge objectives.
  • Maintain visibility across portfolio roadmaps, dependencies, risks, readiness activities, and adoption progress, driving timely resolution of issues impacting portfolio success.
  • Identify technical risks, AI & architectural dependencies, integration challenges, and emerging technology considerations, translating their impact into business decisions and actions.
  • Establish strong engagement across regions to understand capability requirements, gather feedback, and drive alignment around portfolio direction and priorities.
  • Drive business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption activities to ensure capabilities deliver measurable business value.
  • Represent the portfolio in governance forums, leadership discussions, and executive reviews, providing insight into progress, risks, opportunities, and value realization.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience.
  • Significant experience in consulting, Data & AI solutions, technology strategy, platform leadership, enterprise architecture, product organizations, portfolio management, or technology-enabled business transformation.
  • Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives spanning business, product, technology, and executive stakeholders/C-suite.
  • Experience working with enterprise platforms, digital products, data-driven capabilities, or AI-enabled solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve technical risks, architectural constraints, integration challenges, and competing stakeholder priorities.
  • Strong communication, governance, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.
  • Reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position.
