About the Role

Responsibilities

• Lead Kit Assembly and Kit QC employees to ensure accurate assembly and timely dispatch of kit supply orders.
• Facilitate and implement training for new Kits team members.
• Ensure the timely assembly of all kit and miscellaneous supply orders.
• Manage efficient scheduling and delegation of tasks to staff for order allocation and assignment.
• Oversee the training of new employees.
• Conduct Inventory Cycle counts by inventory group.
• Manage the workflow of preassembly personnel.
• Evaluate processes and recommend continuous improvements.
• Perform additional responsibilities as requested by Management.
• Review production reports daily to ensure KPIs are met.
