About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead Kit Assembly and Kit QC employees to ensure accurate assembly and timely dispatch of kit supply orders.
- Facilitate and implement training for new Kits team members.
- Ensure the timely assembly of all kit and miscellaneous supply orders.
- Manage efficient scheduling and delegation of tasks to staff for order allocation and assignment.
- Oversee the training of new employees.
- Conduct Inventory Cycle counts by inventory group.
- Manage the workflow of preassembly personnel.
- Evaluate processes and recommend continuous improvements.
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested by Management.
- Review production reports daily to ensure KPIs are met.
