About the Role
As a Vice President (Manager), M&A and Capital Markets, you will lead and support complex transactions and capital markets initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic, value-driven outcomes for clients. You will lead advisory assignments, manage client relationships, conduct financial analysis, identify targets and opportunities, generate new business, drive practice growth, and mentor junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead a range of advisory (sell, buy side and capital raising) assignments concurrently assuming responsibility for the day-to-day execution and delivery of service on projects
- Develop and maintain client relationships, both internal and external, including accountability for the operational aspects of client engagement
- Conduct market and industry research, detailed financial analysis and evaluate key drivers of financial performance
- Assist in the identification of potential acquisition targets, purchasers and/or investors/lenders
- Generate new business opportunities within the M&A and Capital Markets practice and BDO in general, developing long-term relationships and networks
- Be entrepreneurial in nature to drive growth and practice management in our growing team
- Mentor and develop junior level team members

Salary/Compensations
- $88,000 - $134,000/year
