About the Role

As the Senior Associate, Paid Social, you will support and lead day-to-day paid social campaign activities for assigned agency teams and clients. You will work across major social platforms, playing a key role in campaign strategy execution, setup, audience targeting, pacing, optimization, and performance reporting. You are a proactive, detail-oriented team player who collaborates closely with various teams to ensure flawless execution, bringing a strong sense of ownership, a deep understanding of social platform nuances, and a passion for mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and assist with campaign setup, audience segmentation, pacing, budget shifts, and real-time optimizations across key paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat).
  • Audit creative assets, copy, UTM parameter structures, and platform pixels/events prior to launch to ensure accurate tracking; provide clear specs and guidance to Ad Ops and Creative teams.
  • Accurately input, sync, and maintain campaign data in internal platforms and workflow tools, including Salesforce, Radia, and Datorama; ensure monthly campaign actualizations are completed on schedule.
  • Proactively monitor live campaign delivery, update internal campaign pacing trackers, troubleshoot performance anomalies, and ensure full budget delivery against client goals.
  • Compile performance data and actionable insights for weekly client reports, post-campaign wrap-ups, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), evaluating key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CPM, CTR, Conversions).
  • Maintain clear communication with internal media planners, social strategists, platform representatives, and client service teams to support tactical plan updates and campaign enhancements.
  • Mentor and guide Paid Social Coordinators, assist in developing standardized workflow documentation, and identify areas to streamline internal processes.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience executing biddable paid social campaigns within an advertising agency or digital media environment.
  • Proven hands-on proficiency navigating and managing campaigns within Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Pinterest Ads Manager.
  • Deep understanding of paid social KPIs, attribution models, custom/lookalike audience building, catalog sales (DPA), and pixel/CAPI implementation principles.
  • Experience utilizing internal workflow management and reporting tools (Salesforce, Datorama, or similar dashboard platforms).
  • Technical and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaign priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
  • High level of technical proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs) and PowerPoint.
