About the Role

Join our production team creating power electronics for military and industrial products. Roles include Assemblers, Coil Winders, Lamination Specialists, and Chemical Operators who build electronic components by reviewing work orders, diagrams, and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders, diagrams, work instructions, or customer layouts to build electronic components.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work full time
• While performing the functions of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel crawl, talk or hear
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Skills

• Carpentry and general construction
• Measuring and marking accurately
• Drilling and tapping holes
• Using hand and power tools
• Cutting, grinding, deburring, and filing
• Mechanical assembly
• Working with brackets, enclosures, busbars, and mounting hardware
• Reading and following work instructions
• Following drawings and assembly diagrams, BOMs, & SOPS
• Experience in working in manufacturing or production environments
• Proficient in following work instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with coworkers and supervisors.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as required by production schedules.

Work Type

• Full time
• Four – day work week; 10-hour shifts

Education Level

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Salary/Compensations

• $17.55 - $26.18 per hour
