About the Role

Power-Flo Technologies is seeking a full-time warehouse associate to join their New Hyde Park team. This role involves performing basic warehouse duties, managing inventory, and assisting with shipments.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic warehouse work including removing sold parts from stock, placing received parts on shelves, processing items for shipment, receiving, driving, and organizing.
• Pull and stage orders for shipment.
• Organize inventory.
• Perform cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean driver's license to operate company vehicles.
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and occasionally operate delivery vehicles (box trucks and vans).
• Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver orders.

Requirements

• 1+ years of warehouse experience required.
• Current, valid, and clean NYS driver’s license (7 years' clean driving record) to operate company vehicles as needed (no CDL required).
• Experience with cycle counting, consolidation, and inventory management.
• Ability to obtain & maintain DOT certification.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and push or pull over 100 pounds.
• Ability to follow processes, procedures, and policies.
• Ability to work well independently and on a team, have a great attitude, and be willing to learn.
• Ability to communicate in verbal and written form with functional English skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Forklift experience a plus.
• Experience with UPS, DHL, and/or FedEx a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
