About the Role
The Housing Stability Coordinator-Resident Engagement position supports clients in securing and maintaining safe, quality, affordable housing by assessing needs, developing service plans, and collaborating with providers. The role focuses on fostering a supportive environment aligned with Housing Visions' mission, vision, and values.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual case management, supportive counseling, and advocacy.
- Act as a referral source to community and mainstream resources.
- Assist clients by assessing their needs.
- Develop service plans for clients.
- Collaborate with appropriate providers to support clients' healthy, independent living.
Requirements
- Occasional nights and weekends required.
Location
- Niagara Falls office (607 Walnut Ave.) with travel throughout assigned portfolio.
Work Type
- Full Time
- Monday – Friday 8:30 am - 5:00pm
Salary/Compensations
- $25-$28/hr
