About the Role
The Housing Stability Coordinator supports individuals experiencing housing instability, with a primary focus on residents who have experienced victimization, including survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, and other crimes. This role involves conducting trauma-informed assessments, developing individualized service plans, and delivering ongoing case management and advocacy to increase self-sufficiency and promote independent living. The Housing Stability Coordinator conducts safety planning, crisis intervention, and referrals to community-based resources. The overall goal is to support new or existing residents in securing and maintaining safe, quality, affordable housing and fostering a supportive environment which reflects the mission, vision, and values of Housing Visions.
