About the Role
Cubist is seeking exceptionally talented, highly collaborative software developers to architect and build cutting-edge technologies for research and trading. This role offers immediate business impact and exposure to billions of dollars in daily trading. The program provides broad training in financial industry expertise, with rotations to different trading teams to gain exposure to systematic trading approaches and technology deliverables across the full trade lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build cutting-edge technologies that power research and trading.
- Rotate to at least three different trading teams or groups within the firm.
- Gain exposure to systematic trading approaches across multiple asset classes.
- Complete concrete technology deliverables during rotations.
- Touch the full life cycle of a trade – from market data and research, to order management and execution, and post-trade analysis.
- Be matched with a trading team based on interests and aptitude after rotations.
