About the Role

We are seeking dedicated security personnel for the BIKINI BERLIN center to ensure a safe and smooth operation. If you want to help make Berlin a safer place and are looking for an exciting, crisis-proof job, this is the right place for you.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring safety and order in the entire center area
• Conducting regular control and patrol rounds
• Monitoring entrances, sales areas, and general areas
• Acting as a point of contact for visitors, tenants, and service providers
• Enforcing house rules
• Assisting with evacuations and emergencies
• Operating and monitoring safety technology systems (e.g., video surveillance, fire alarm systems)

Requirements

• Security certification according to § 34a GewO
• Clean criminal record
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Basic English skills are an advantage
• Neat appearance and friendly demeanor
• Reliability and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, night shifts, and weekend duties
