About the Role

Responsibilities
- Conducting patrol rounds in interior and exterior areas
- Monitoring security systems (e.g., alarm systems, cameras)
- Serving as the primary point of contact for guests, employees, and residents
- Ensuring safety and order throughout the entire building
- Preventing and detecting dangers or suspicious activities
- Handling conflict or emergency situations
- Assisting with evacuations and emergencies
- Documenting incidents and actions
- Adhering to safety and fire protection guidelines
- Ensuring access only for authorized persons
Requirements
- Security certification according to §34a GewO
- Valid driver's license Class B
- Excellent German language skills and basic English knowledge
- Professional, friendly, and confident demeanor
- Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and nights
- Impeccable police background check
