About the Role
We are seeking Security Officers (m/f/x) for hotel patrols. If you want to help make Berlin a safer place and are looking for a job that is not only exciting but also crisis-proof, then you are in the right place with us!
Responsibilities
- Conducting patrol rounds in interior and exterior areas
- Monitoring security systems (e.g., alarm systems, cameras)
- Serving as the primary point of contact for guests, employees, and residents
- Ensuring safety and order throughout the entire building
- Preventing and detecting dangers or suspicious activities
- Handling conflict or emergency situations
- Assisting with evacuations and emergencies
- Documenting incidents and actions taken
- Adhering to security and fire safety regulations
- Ensuring access is granted only to authorized individuals
Requirements
- Security training certificate according to §34a GewO
- Driver's license class B
- Excellent German language skills and basic English knowledge
- Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor, including in formal attire
- Willingness to work shifts, as much of our work is required during evening and night hours
- A clear criminal record check is a prerequisite
