About the Role
Levelpath is seeking a Product Enablement Lead to bridge the gap between product development and sales execution. This high-visibility role involves becoming the product expert for enablement, translating new releases into training, certifications, and demo-ready workflows within days of their launch. The position offers significant growth potential into a team lead role as enablement functions expand.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the go-to product expert for the go-to-market organization, including AEs, SCs, customer support, partners, and customers.
- Design and deliver product training through live sessions, self-paced content, and certification checkpoints for various audiences.
- Onboard new hires, ensuring they are field-ready quickly.
- Run new-release showcases, translating product updates into clear explanations of 'what it is, who it's for, how to demo it, how to talk about it' and disseminating this information within days of release.
- Build and maintain custom demo workflows and data tailored to key personas and industries for use by sales teams.
- Contribute to and evolve demo certification processes to ensure consistent readiness.
- Take ownership of customer and partner enablement programs, such as Ranger Academy.
- Conduct marketing webinars and represent Levelpath at events, demonstrating the product live.
- Collaborate with the Product team to relay field feedback and influence future product development.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in sales engineering, solutions consulting, product enablement, or a product-adjacent role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Proven ability to quickly learn technical products and explain them clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong demo skills, with experience building within the product.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, effective in live settings, webinars, on stage, and asynchronously.
- Experience building or managing enablement or education programs; customer or partner academy experience is a plus.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work from the San Francisco office.
