About the Role
You will own the end-to-end experience for one of our verticals and a capability that spans across all of them. You will work alongside the Product Manager, engage directly with customers, and build working prototypes to deliver the right experience faster. You will design the user interface within the real context of their work and ensure that learnings from experienced professionals are captured and remain inspectable.
Responsibilities
- Own the vertical end to end, including queue management, administration experiences, and dashboard design.
- Design how agents learn from experienced professionals and ensure this learning is inspectable.
- Define and manage the generalization path for shared capabilities versus vertical-specific features.
- Set direction across verticals in collaboration with Product Management, engineering, and platform partners.
- Develop working software and tooling, contributing code directly to the product repository.
- Achieve business outcomes by designing solutions that positively impact product metrics.
- Establish design baselines and precisely define design's influence on product metrics.
Requirements
- Excellent design and experience thinking, with the ability to understand customer needs beyond their explicit requests.
- Approximately 10 or more years of experience owning significant product areas with a consumer-grade quality bar.
- Strong instinct for user experience, with a proactive approach to exploring unfamiliar domains and improving quality.
- Desire to understand business context, obtained directly from Product Managers and customers.
- Proficiency in building prototypes using tools like Claude Code, with comfort in modern frontend stacks.
- Ability to hold your position, write code, make product decisions, and advocate for them.
- Skill in horizontal collaboration, designing coherent solutions that serve multiple teams.
- Familiarity with GitHub, Figma, and Claude.ai.
- Comfort with ambiguity.
