About the Role
This founding-level IT Support Engineer role is for someone who is a hands-on troubleshooter and systems thinker, comfortable owning problems end to end with minimal process. You will spend your time split between the support queue, automating tasks, and resolving general or complex IT issues for a fast-growing team.
