About the Role
Blueberry is building an AI-powered platform to drive personalized customer conversations and enhance marketing outcomes. This role offers a front-row seat to building a high-growth AI company from its earliest stages, working directly with the co-founder and CEO on critical initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Multiply the CEO by taking critical projects from idea to completion across GTM, fundraising, hiring, and expansion.
- Drive customer success by owning the operating cadence and moving enterprise customers from pilot to activation and expansion.
- Build the operating system by creating processes, automations, tools, and company rhythms for scalable growth.
- Orchestrate company-wide execution by ensuring alignment on owners, priorities, deadlines, and outcomes.
- Incubate new initiatives by tackling high-priority problems until solved, systematized, or ready for a permanent owner.
- Shape company communication by preparing board materials, investor updates, decision memos, and narratives.
- Finish tasks by closing loops relentlessly, understanding that the last 10% is crucial.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in a high-performance environment such as consulting, banking, venture capital, startup operations, or entrepreneurship.
- Proven track record of building, launching impactful projects, and achieving results under tight deadlines.
- Ability to bring order to chaos by transforming vague problems into clear plans and measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to navigate difficult situations tactfully.
- Low ego and a willingness to undertake any necessary task for customer and business success.
- Proficiency in using AI to multiply output without being dependent on it for thinking or writing.
