About the Role

We are building a Canada-wide talent pipeline of experienced Project Managers to support current and upcoming healthcare IT and digital transformation initiatives, including EHR implementations, optimization initiatives, ERP platforms, interoperability programs, and enterprise digital transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Leading end-to-end project delivery from planning through execution and closure
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met
  • Managing project scope, budgets, and schedules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including executive leadership and steering committees
  • Driving project communication plans, status reporting, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Leading issue resolution, change management, and escalation processes
  • Supporting ERP and healthcare system implementations, upgrades, or optimizations
  • Ensuring successful client onboarding, adoption, and project transition
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and client value expansion

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience, leading projects that span multiple healthcare applications, enterprise systems, or technology platforms.
  • Experience leading projects involving multiple healthcare technology platforms and environments, including Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner), MEDITECH, ERP systems, or interoperability solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives across diverse healthcare application ecosystems rather than a single-platform specialization.
  • Experience leading complex healthcare IT, EHR, clinical application, ERP, or interoperability initiatives within hospital and healthcare delivery environments.
  • Experience working across multiple healthcare technology platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, including working with executive leaders and steering committees
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credential (preferred)
  • Experience managing full project lifecycle delivery (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure)
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term strategic goals
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
