About the Role
This role owns the platforms, data, and reporting frameworks for the Credit Marketing & Communications team, driving marketing automation, audience segmentation, reporting, and data management to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency. It's an opportunity to drive operational excellence within a large and growing business unit.
Responsibilities
- Define the martech vision, strategy, and roadmap for the global Credit business.
- Own the end-to-end management of marketing technology platforms, including strategy, integrations, governance, and administration.
- Serve as the primary administrator for marketing automation platforms, managing system configuration, access controls, enhancements, and vendor relationships.
- Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation programs, campaign templates, lead scoring models, audience journeys, and lifecycle frameworks.
- Support the marketing team in executing efficient and effective campaigns through marketing technology platforms.
- Stay current on marketing automation, data management, analytics, and martech best practices, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
- Own the marketing data architecture across platforms, including tracking, attribution, taxonomy, and integrations.
- Maintain an up-to-date marketing audience database with high data quality, integrity, and standardization, establishing governance and ensuring privacy compliance.
- Oversee audience segmentation strategy and governance across platforms for consistency, relevance, and compliance.
- Define, maintain, and evolve marketing measurement frameworks, KPIs, and attribution methodologies.
- Analyze the marketing database and generate actionable audience insights for marketing campaigns.
- Analyze marketing funnel performance, campaign effectiveness, and audience behavior to identify optimization opportunities.
- Integrate marketing performance data from multiple sources and develop centralized dashboards with clear visualizations.
- Partner with marketing stakeholders to deliver insights that inform strategy, investment decisions, and performance improvement.
- Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making by providing insights, recommendations, and thought leadership.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing automation architecture.
- Deep hands-on expertise in marketing platform (Pardot, HubSpot, or related) administration, configuration, and integration with Salesforce and supporting technologies.
- Strong understanding of lead management, routing, and scoring processes.
- Experience with marketing intelligence and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicating effectively with stakeholders and prioritizing to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members as well as work independently and autonomously.
- High attention to detail and a proven ability for process-driven and detailed execution of marketing activities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience overcoming ambiguity.
