About the Role

A utility officer works full-time, similar to a flex officer, with schedules made a week or two in advance. Last-minute needs may arise, requiring availability for all three shifts. This role is crucial for maintaining a secure environment by monitoring and patrolling premises, preventing unauthorized access, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property by monitoring and patrolling the premises.
• Preventing unauthorized access, detecting suspicious activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Protecting the Industrial or Commercial property of our clients against fire, vandalism and illegal entry.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 25 years of age.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and drug test.
• Resume must be attached for consideration.

• Desired experience in SOC or extensive experience with security surveillance systems.

Skills

• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to emergency situations.
