About the Role
Golden Artist Colors is seeking a Finance Supervisor to analyze production costs, maintain inventory accuracy, support financial reporting, and partner with Operations to drive profitability and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Maintain standard costing systems.
- Analyze manufacturing variances.
- Monitor inventory accuracy.
- Prepare cost and operational reports.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
- Provide day-to-day supervision of assigned finance staff.
- Ensure accurate financial information, compliance with established accounting procedures, and effective financial support of manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- 5-7 Years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, cost accounting, or financial analysis.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience with budgeting support, reporting, inventory analysis, and cost accounting.
- Prior experience leading projects or providing work direction to staff preferred.
