About the Role

Golden Artist Colors is seeking a Finance Supervisor to analyze production costs, maintain inventory accuracy, support financial reporting, and partner with Operations to drive profitability and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standard costing systems.
• Analyze manufacturing variances.
• Monitor inventory accuracy.
• Prepare cost and operational reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
• Provide day-to-day supervision of assigned finance staff.
• Ensure accurate financial information, compliance with established accounting procedures, and effective financial support of manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 5-7 Years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, cost accounting, or financial analysis.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with budgeting support, reporting, inventory analysis, and cost accounting.
• Prior experience leading projects or providing work direction to staff preferred.
