About the Role
As a Vice President in Capgemini Invent's Enterprise Data Analytics (EDA) unit, you will lead complex AI transformation engagements, drive thought leadership, and develop data & AI consultants. This high-profile role involves contributing to leadership across the EDA unit and client accounts, focusing on selling consulting opportunities and inspiring clients on AI and data innovation.
Responsibilities
- Selling consulting opportunities in excess of £4m per year
- Leading complex AI transformation engagements with clients
- Driving thought leadership and new client offers
- Leadership and capability development for data and AI consultants
- Managing the performance of large teams of data & AI consultants
- Supporting individuals’ career growth, guiding L&D priorities and driving recruitment
- Building long-lasting senior relationships and creating a sustainable sales pipeline
- Inspiring clients on innovating with AI, data science and analytics
- Helping clients to design and deliver large delivery programmes with data at the centre
- Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events
- Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development, and offering development
Requirements
- Existing relationships with Senior Clients, focused on AI, Data Science and Analytics
- Experience of defining data strategies and shaping AI or data science services and solutions
- Deep understanding of trends in AI and their impact on Public Sector clients
- Experience in leading large data-driven transformation programmes in the Public Sector
- Strong management consulting experience with proven success in AI, Data Science or Analytics
- Proven track record in new business development / account management across the full sales lifecycle
- Personal sales target of circa £4m per annum of consulting business
- Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation
- Ability to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions
